🟢 Level 1 (Journaling)

Task: Think about a time when you felt completely overwhelmed by your responsibilities. Write a paragraph (6-8 sentences) explaining what caused this feeling and what you did (or should have done) to take a step back and recover.

🟡 Level 2 (Social Media)

Task: Take a photo of your morning coffee, tea, or breakfast. Write an Instagram caption in English promoting "Intentional Living" for the weekend. Ask your followers a question at the end to generate comments.

🔴 Level 3 (Creative Writing)

Task: Imagine you need to take a week off from work or school because you are feeling the early signs of burnout. Write a polite and professional email to your boss/teacher explaining your situation and asking for a few days of rest.
