🌏 About Me

Hi! My name is Gabriella Hilário. I’m a private English teacher with a degree in Languages (Portuguese and English) and a postgraduate degree in English Language Teaching. I also hold a degree in Economics and a postgraduate degree in Management. Currently, I’m also pursuing a postgraduate degree in Neuroeducation.

I'm a C1-level English speaker and have had the opportunity to teach in different settings — from schools to volunteering at an NGO. But I truly fell in love with private teaching, where I can focus on each student’s unique needs and create a learning experience that really works.

I was awarded a scholarship by JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency), where I studied Japanese teaching techniques and gained deeper insight into their educational system — an experience that had a big impact on how I teach today.

I’m passionate about languages, always eager to learn more. I love rock music, anime, and dogs! In addition to English, I speak a bit of Japanese and I’m constantly exploring new, creative ways to help my students learn with joy and confidence.

Olá! Meu nome é Gabriella Hilário, sou professora de inglês com formação em Letras – Inglês e Português, e pós-graduada em Docência da Língua Inglesa. Também sou formada em Economia, com pós-graduação em Gestão. Atualmente, estou cursando uma pós-graduação em Neuroeducação.

Tenho nível C1 de proficiência em inglês e uma trajetória diversa no ensino: já dei aulas em escolas, fui voluntária em uma ONG e hoje me dedico totalmente ao que mais amo — o aprendizado individual e personalizado. Descobri que é nesse formato, com atenção total ao aluno, que o ensino realmente transforma.

Fui bolsista da JICA (Agência de Cooperação Internacional do Japão), onde estudei técnicas de ensino japonesas e aprofundei meu conhecimento sobre a educação no Japão — uma experiência que marcou profundamente minha prática como educadora.

Sou apaixonada por idiomas e estudo com alegria e dedicação. Gosto de rock, animes, e sou completamente apaixonada por cachorros! Além do inglês, também falo um pouco de japonês, e estou sempre buscando novas formas de tornar o aprendizado mais leve, eficiente e significativo.
