Idiom - Ring a bell

"Ring a bell" means something sounds familiar, but you don’t remember exactly. 

Equivalent in Brazilian Portuguese: “me soa familiar” / “me parece conhecido”

Examples:

Her name rings a bell, but I don’t know where I met her.
O nome dela me soa familiar, mas não sei onde a conheci.

This song rings a bell. Did we hear it at the party?
Essa música me parece conhecida. A gente ouviu na festa?

That street name rings a bell — maybe I’ve been there.
O nome dessa rua me soa familiar — talvez eu já tenha estado lá.
