Writing - How to write a Journal Entry

Writing about your plans helps you clarify your thoughts. Before you choose your level below, read this simple example:

Date: January 7th
Topic: My first week "This week was a mix of success and failure. I wanted to wake up at 6 AM every day, but I only did it twice. I felt tired on Wednesday, so I slept in. However, I am proud that I drank 2 liters of water every day. Next week, I will try to go to bed earlier so I can wake up on time. I won't give up!"
