My name is Anna. I live in a big city, but my life is very slow. Many people run to the bus every day. They eat fast. They look at their phones all the time. I do not like this. I practice "slow living".

Slow living is simple. In the morning, I wake up at 6:00 AM. I do not look at my phone. I open the window and look at the trees. I drink a cup of hot tea. I eat bread and fruit slowly. I listen to the birds.

After breakfast, I walk to work. I do not take the train. The walk is beautiful. I see flowers and I say "good morning" to people in the street.

In the evening, I come home. I do not watch TV. I read a good book. I cook dinner with fresh vegetables. I take a warm bath. Slow living makes me happy. I am not stressed. I have time for me. I have time for my family.

Life is beautiful when we are slow. Do you want to try slow living? Start today. Take a deep breath. Drink some water. Look at the sky. It is very easy and very good for your health.
